Is the game Sims Social really too easy?

A new game has been introduced on Facebook which is in the popular game series of Sims. This game is growing at a rapid pace. I was impressed that in a very short span of time, the game has become very popular among Facebook users. I first tried it when I had heard so much about it that I just had to try it myself. I wondered why I should not give the game a try and find out whether it is actually easy and fun to play or not. I started playing the game Sims Social and found that it is easy to play. But soon I found that I didn’t know how to earn more Simoleons. I was at a loss. There are several methods through which you need to earn Sim cash and benefit from all kinds of talents, goodies, new levels, etc.

All this made me curious to learn how to progress in the game. And I started looking for guides for the game available on the internet by various authors. But no guide is useful enough to understand the game’s concepts, tips and tricks. Then, somehow I came to know about the eBook of Sims Social Game authored by Tony Sanders. It contains all the important concepts of the game in such a manner that you can master the game. All the tips that enable you to earn more Simoleons are also mentioned in this guide. The game Sims Social seems to be very easy to play at the initial stages but gradually as you move to higher levels of the game, you find yourself lost somewhere in the game. Very soon you find that you are out of cash - that is simoleons. This is my personal experience in the game and that is why I am able to tell you about all this.

When I started playing Sim Social, then I found it very easy and interesting too but I didn't know how to build a room or anything in the game as this requires help from three of your Facebook friends. I kept on playing as suggested by the automated guide of the Sims Social. Eventually, I decided to set up my home as I wished to. Later, I changed my mind and sold everything. But due to lack of knowledge of the game, I found myself stuck in the game. Soon I had lost everything and needed three friends to build a home. Sims Social game is new to Facebook. I did not have any Facebook friends playing the game so I really had no one to help me build my home. I felt disappointed about the game.

I started searching on the internet for tips and secrets of the game and started following all the rules and suggestions given by different people who had written the guide for the Sims Social. But I was unable to make much progress. It was only when someone suggested this great guide by Tony Sanders that things changed for me. Thankfully this guide gave me direction and the will to move ahead in the game and finally I was able to build my home as I wished to. Through the guide, I mastered all the tips and tricks of the game Sims Social.

Now I have many neighbors and I have reached higher levels but still I keep gaining from the suggestions mentioned in this guide. This is the best investment and you can learn several tips and suggestions about the game from this guide. I think I could recommend this guide based on my personal experience.

Unreleased Items - Dinosaur, Hammock, Safe, Gnome, Well

Exclusive images of some unreleased items have emerged on the net. We are not entirely sure as to why, however we believe that the new items are been tested on developers accounts. The new items we have seen include: A Dinosaur Skeleton, Windmill, A Multicoloured Hammock, A Giant Bank Safe, A Wooden Wishing Well, Garden Gnome, The Rainbow (Which we saw being drawn in the developers video last month), A Purple Plumbob (Garden Mineable Object) and The Pegasus we revealed earlier this week.

The Sims Social - Technical Issues (05/09/2011)

Hello fellow Social Sims,

this Morning the Sims Social wont start , instead you get a Screen that looks like this :

Let me assure you that all will be back to normal in the next couple of Minutes.

Sims Social got overwhelmed by millions of new players in a short period of time, so what they need to do in order to keep our accounts safe and smooth is backing up the database, and WHO KNOWS, perhaps they implement something new.

Anyway, Games like this can not be UP AND RUNNING 100 % of the Time, not at this early state of development. So please be patient, remain calm and wait until Sims Social is back in Action.

Maybe you could read some of our blog posts instead  , to kill some time  ;-)   i'm just saying.

What ever you do , Enjoy it !  i go for a fresh coffee , hug my wife and bring the Dogs out.

More Missions + Land Expansion Coming Soon

We know many of The Sims Social players have really been putting the hours into the online Facebook game and have completed all of the launch missions. All 129 of them. We can confirm that you won't have to wait much longer for some additional missions, the developers have admitted that once the the rest of the smaller bugs are ironed out these will be on the way however we have no further information as to what they will be, but rest assured, once we do, you'll be the first to know via The Sims Social Fansite.


Also players have been complaining about the lack of space to expand their Sims homes. We've been informed that more space will be provided in the near future but additional features will be implemented first, but a second floor will most likely not be added. Something we have noticed via the Official The Sims Social website is 10x10 Rooms which we are very excited about! When they will be released is still a mystery, we're in no rush. As long as we know the bugs are being fixed we're happy! By the way have you noticed the new fridge and fancy bench outside in the picture?

Unreleased These White Bathroom Items

It seems as though The Sims Social developers Playfish have made another boo boo, they are totting up now! In the 'Special Items' tab you can now see two NEW white bathroom items, a mirrored cabinet and a new white bath that adds 11 points to hygiene. Bother weirdly named and costing 10,000 Gold Simoleons. We believe Playfish have made all unreleased items so extortianate to make sure no more mistakes and complaints are made for players grabbing 'Special Items' for low cash for example the Aquarium earlier this week. These are simply too much for anyone to ever purchase.

We believe these will be released for the next New Release drop maybe next week. This new white bath will probably add 1500 to your house value and set you back around 1400 Silver Simoleons, or 700 Social Points (These are educated estimates) 

150 Gold Simeoleons Compensation for Downtime

This is very good news for most and very annoying news for others. Apparently The Sims Social developers Playfish have been sending out emails to players affected by the 'Stuck at 65%' problem for the last week or so. This email contains 150 Gold Simoleons as compensation and to allow players to catch up to those not affected. We don't necessarily agree with this, as all in all, the game is free to play and therefore EA don't need to compensate anyone and the sheer House Value for items worth 150 Gold Simoleons is very generous. Maybe if this was only roled out to 'Real Cash' purchasing players who had a valid reason to be annoyed for the downtime. Let us know your thoughts either via Facebook or in the comments below.


Also players who's whole game has been reset and must restart the game are to be awarded 2500 Gold Simoleons 'Sim Cash'

Dunkin Donuts Plans to Reward Sims Social Players with Free Items!

You've probably noticed already that Dunkin' Donuts has a partnership with EA and The Sims Social, being the givers of the so much valued energy in the game. What you probably didn't knew already was the fact that Dunkin' Donuts is planning to reward The Sims Social players with two free and very valuable items.

However, in order to get those items, you will have to also like the Dunkin' Donuts Facebook page and pretty soon you'll be able to collect your rewards. Here are the details about one of these rewards, as announced by the developers themselves:

One of these special bonus items is a Dunkin’ Donuts-branded beach chair that features a custom animation of their Sim relaxing and enjoying a Dunkin’ Donut coffee.

Pretty sweet, so don't forget to like them already. And since you're in a "like" mood, why don't you try to like The Sims Social Info on Facebook as well: at the moment we're not offering any prizes, but I guess that the information that we post is priceless!

Tons of New Items Released Today in The Sims Social

Wooow! The Sims Social just got today the first content update and let me tell you one thing: it's HUGE! Now you will have tons of items to use in order to decorate your homes. Specifically, you will be able to get your own Pink Bathroom which looks awfully cute:

Also, you can get a very classy looking Kitchen, amongst other things. Here is the suggestion of the developers:

From what I can see, there are multiple color themes for our Bathrooms, Kitchens and even a new Bedroom theme. Here are the colors and themes:

• Pink Bathroom Set
• Black Bathroom Set
• Red Bedroom Set
• Tan Kitchen Set
• Ice Kitchen Set

They all look nice and of course, nothing can be complete without a new set of decorations, and that's exactly what Electronic Arts delivers: a brand new set of decorations for our homes in The Sims Social!

The best news is that many of these new items are available for regular coins, so I guess that it's safe to say that this weekend we'll be busy decorating, right?
